Very professional, prompt results. John is highly qualified, but also unbiased because he does not offer mitigation services. I can't really imagine going with anyone else in this area.

John was extremely helpful and timely helping my fiancé and I inspect our prospective home purchase. He provided detailed reports and recommendations of next steps that gave us peace of mind about what we were getting into. The closing process is always so rushed and it felt good to have someone like John on our team. Thank you sir!

If you have a historic house, you need to know John. He helped us evaluate any mold issues in our home five years ago. We have done the remediation and now, just retested to ease our mind. We are well below the limits for any concern. He is very thorough and speaks in a vocabulary that non- environmental people can understand. A great company. Very professional.

John did a great job checking out the entire house and crawlspace of the house I’m buying in the Asheville region. He was very responsive and took the time to explain everything to me in addition to his written report. I highly recommend his services.

My daughter and I can’t thank John enough for the excellent job he did assessing the concerning environmental factors in the older apartment she had recently moved into. As the “before” and “ after” pictures show, there was a “night & day” type of positive impact from his work and report. His assessment and pictures of the existing conditions were impossible for the apartment complex owner to argue with and they agreed to order a replacement HVAC unit that was installed a couple weeks later. The soiled old carpet beneath the unit was removed, as well. It is now keeping the apartment safely comfortable, temperature and humidity wise. Thanks again!

During a recent home purchase I had my home inspector conduct an ERMI test to check for mold within the structure. After some initial findings that showed possible high level of mold spores, I reached out to Muller Environmental for help. John came out to the residence and collected multiple samples for a more thorough and in-depth check of the air quality within the home. The results provided by Muller Environmental showed acceptable levels within the home. John was quick to answer any questions I had and the turn around on the samples was extremally quick. If you need a quality in-depth analysis of your homes air quality, I highly recommend John and Muller Environmental!
